Terms of service
LPH Immerse Company Limited (“LPH Immerse”, “we”) is registered in Vietnam. We stage Matterport tours, edit 360° panoramas, build 3D tours and produce listing visuals for clients in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.
Every order starts with a written quote. Work begins only after you accept the quote in writing. Retail clients pay before work starts; approved partners move to a monthly invoice after three prepaid orders. We accept PayPal, Payoneer and bank transfer to our USD or EUR account.
Delivery times are counted in business days, Monday to Saturday, GMT+7, from the moment we have everything we need. If we miss the date we confirmed, that order is discounted as listed on our Pricing page. Every order includes unlimited fixes of studio errors for the fix period listed on the Pricing page, plus one free design change. A full change of style is priced as a second style.
We communicate in writing only — email, chat or WhatsApp — so every price, date and change is on record.
Virtual staging disclosure
Every staged or edited image and tour is delivered with a labelled copy marked “Virtually staged” or “Virtually renovated”, plus the original.
When you publish our work, you are responsible for following the listing rules that apply to you, such as MLS, portal and advertising standards in your market. [Market-specific guidance to be added.]
Matterport content
We work only on copies of Matterport spaces that you transfer to us. Your original space is never changed and we never need your Matterport login.
Matterport staging stays on Matterport, in your account and in the Matterport viewer. We do not download, re-host or move Matterport tours to another platform, and we do not send Matterport content to third-party AI services.
We only embed a Matterport tour on our website with the tour owner’s written permission, using the public share link.
Privacy
When you contact us, order or apply as a partner, we receive the details you enter in the form: your name, email address and, if you give them, your company, market, project details and links to your files. We use them only to reply, quote and deliver your order.
